This elegant wine blends Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Finca Hisenda Miret, 400 meters above sea level, and Finca la Torreta, 315 meters above sea level.
The grapes come from organic, Demeter, biodynamic vineyards. A flock of sheep fertilises the land, and a local honeycomb pollinates the grape flowers.
After the harvest, the grapes are removed from their vats to carry out a cold maceration at 8 ° C for five days.
The two varieties are then fermented separately at 25 ° C for four weeks at a controlled temperature.

Priorat is a region with soils rich in Llicorella; a kind of slate stone composed of compacted clay sediments that give a mineral character to the wines. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that have never been treated with any chemicals and no irrigation is made in order to grow vines with deeper roots.

Dominio Cusiné is a Microcuvée blend of 66% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Syrah, sourced from certified organic and Biodynamic Demeter vineyards.
Each grape variety is macerated and fermented separately in 400-litre new French oak barrels under controlled temperatures of 19-23°C. Depending on the variety, fermentation lasts between 20 and 28 days. Aged 24 months in new French Allier oak barrels.
